Topic: Printing poorly near holes in the wall

I'm having trouble on this print. Near the holes that are supposed to be in the wall near the top of the print, the printer fails to make a nice solid wall.

As you can see in the photos, the bottom 2/3 of the print looks great, but when the printer gets to the holes near the top, the walls are poorly filled in and very weak. I tried rotating the print 90 degrees on the Z axis on the printbed to see if that would help, but it didn't...all 3 of the prints have the same problem.

The last image shows the gcode for the area looks good - like I want it to print - but for some reason the printer is failing.

Any ideas?  Thanks!

Re: Printing poorly near holes in the wall

Can I assume you are using Slic3r to slice this?  Can you post the .stl?

Yes, Slic3r 0.9.9 for slicing.

STL attached.

Re: Printing poorly near holes in the wall

I don't see anything wrong with the part itself.  I would try slicing it in a different program.

Try slicing it with KISSlicer and uploading that g-code to RH.  Make sure you make setting adjustments in KS to match your Slic3r profiles.
