your END GCODE is telling it to do that.

Check it,

And do a search on this forum, Lawsy did some very good End and Start Gcode sample for you to paste copy in your settings.

That helps a lot.

it is  the End Gcode of slic3r most definitely.

It didnt help modifying the start or end code

Last I checked there is a setting somewhere in Slic3r for start/end code. Look there in case there is some by default and remove it.

Also, does the printer actually crash from the code? It looks like it's homing and lowering the bed. Lowering the bed will make the part easier to remove and homing the nozzle is default I think. It should stop when it hits the limit switches.
