Is there a chance you have two versions of arduino installed?  Sounds like you need to locate that folder and get it into the hardware folder of the arduino your running.

I really like that setup Bookmaker.  I most likely would have done something similar for mine, but I don't have the shop equipment for metal yet.  We all have quite unique printers!

Bowden SD3, Rumba, E3D hotend, Mk5 with RtRyder changes, Direct drive Y axis and bearings, GT2 pulleys and braided fishing line, Lawsy linear bearing conversion, M3 Z screw.
