Topic: Extruder doesn't stop when it hits the end of the x or y axis
To view a video of this, look up the user "allegrovivo" on YouTube. The most recent upload is the video that shows the problem. Soliforum won't allow me to post any links.
As the subject states: When the extruder moves along the x-axis towards the right side, the endstop stops it from moving any further. If I keep hitting the button that moves it to the right, it won't budge. This is how it should be (and how it used to be). However, when it moves to the left, it will keep trying to move if I endlessly push the button, creating an alarming buzzing sound.
The same happens when I move the y-axis towards the front of the printer. It will keep trying to move forward no matter how far I ask it to go.
It seems to me that there is something messed up with the programming.
I'm still researching solutions, but I thought you lovely folks at Soliforum would be able to help me out.
Thanks in advance!
