Topic: Da Vinci 1.0 Help

Just got a Da Vinci printer.

I set it up, and it looked like the filament loaded. When I tried to run the demo, it wouldn't make anything. I think it got "gelled" up inside the nozzle. How can I take this out to clean it. I notice that there is a clip and you can make the nozzle loose but it doesn't want to come out of the mount. Thanks for any help.

Oh when it did try to make the demo part, the table overheated. Is this a problem or was it because nothing was coming out?
