I would let it go for $325.00 shipped (assuming you are in the US)

I won't yours or my time going back and forth on this or trying to put someone down.
Come on. Really? Departedprinter acknowledged you were looking for an item. He told you what he would sell HIS POSSESSION for. He even hinted the allowance of some haggling. This is more than fair in modern economics, and nobody is twisting your arm to accept the cost.
No need to belittle yourself publicly. If you don't have the cash, save. If you don't have the time, be patient or build one yourself. If you cannot create one from scratch within your desired timeframe, you would NEED to buy one at a price any individual seller would relinquish said goods at for in an agreed cost. If you, the buyer, do not accept the price, then move along to your other options. Again...modern economics. Or you could barter and offer to mow his lawn for a predetermined amount of time to make up for his loss in desired income.
You asked how departedprinter could sleep. With the definition of sale and purchase I just gave, I am wondering how you shop for groceries?
