What does this mean my printer isn't printing :-(

Is there anywhere that details Slicer set up for Solidoodle.  I keep having problems with slicer not slicing (First layer bigger than the nozzle?) Is that the filament size?

Means RH didn't connect to your printer.

Assuming your printer is powered up and connected via USB and RH is configured for the correct comport; then; try the following in this order:

Disconnect in RH
Turn off the Printer
Turn on the Printer
Reconnect in RH

If it still doesn't work - check your RH settings really are correct for comport etc
