Printer isn't responding to the run job command.

I've had this printer for at least a week now, it's run jobs previous to this so it has been working correctly up until now.

I have a Solidoodle 4 and I'm using just the basic repetier programming that comes with the printer.

After waiting for everything to correctly heat up, and the model to be converted into code I hit the run job button.
The printer didn't move. I figured the program might have crashed so I used the task manager to close it. It was then that the printer decided to respond moving the extruder to the center of the print bed.

Once I had the program running again I used the park command but the printer didn't respond. So I restarted both the program and the printer (using the correct disconnecting procedure) and again the printer didn't respond correctly.

I attempted using the debug dryrun option and again the printer didn't respond. Figuring the printer wasn't connected I used the x, y, and z command options to just see if I could move the print bed and extruder around and for some reason it responded to those commands.
