Topic: Hot End Issue....

Seems I have another gremlin....

I was printing a nice print earlier and ran to the store to pick something
up... less that 20 minutes... come back....

Print has failed and hot end is ice cold....

1. I checked all the plug and they appear to be connected correctly...

2. There does not seem to be any visible damage to the hot end...

3. Thermistor is working correctly and displaying a temp....

What is going on... and how do I check to see if some went bad with the hot end?

Re: Hot End Issue....

Not that I can see.... can't scroll all the way back in the log...

I recently had a thermistor issue which seemed to be a loose/broken
wire issue... I am wording if this too might be the problem... though
I did check all the connections...

Sure you can  scroll back.  Temperature tab, Time Period, then select the hour before.

To print or, 3D print, that is the question...
SD3 printer w/too many mods,  Printrbot Simple Maker Ed.,  FormLabs Form 1+
