I am using the basic repetier software that came with this. I am in manual, I heat up the extruder and bed to temp, it reaches setpoint, but it won't let me move any of the axis or the extruder, I don't know why?
Home axes first. It won't move because it doesn't know where the current positioning is, therefore it prevents movements to stop potential collisions.
ok, where is home and how to I get it to there?

I am still missing something. Herre attactched are 2 pictures, one of my printer showing the positions, and also a picture of my repetier screen. It won't let me manually move any axis nor will it extrude.
Change your comport. You are set on the "Virtual Printer"
(the perfect 20.0°C ambient on bed and extruder is the give away)
Open printer settings (Config menu or button on top right corner of cogs) ; and change the 'Connector' to the Serial Port the printers switched to. My money says it currently is set to "Virtual Printer" which is what that name implies - a fake virtual printer for testing RH.... It also simulates temp rise.. if you touch your printers bed when it reckons its at 100, you'll find the actual printer bed is stone cold....
Set the comport correctly and all should be right...
It was on virtual printer and I changed it to the only other selection, com3. I then clicked apply. Still not working attached a picture of screen. when I unplug printer cable the sindows beep sound happens.
Wrong baud rate.
Did you bother reading Solidoodle's setup instructions on their website?
EDIT: baud rate might be fine!
Change the speed to 250000 just to humor me.. the new printrboards supposedly dont care - but that setting dictates how fast RH tries to spit things out...
Now - Is the printer actually installed on Com Port 3, And.. have you installed the Drivers correctly ? the beeping just means USB - doesn't mean drivers are installed.
Have a look in Device Manager and make sure that the printer is installed with no errors under Serial Ports....
If you just recently purchased your printer (past 6 months) - then you need to make sure you've installed the drivers as well:

If you haven't either, would pay to visit the solidoodle wiki and make sure to follow exactly each of the steps they supply on : http://wiki.solidoodle.com/gettingstarted ... Its easy to gloss over a section and miss something, so be sure to follow the steps in entirety... Each step on that list more or less has a seperate article with more info...
Touche! I haven't used a printrboard equipped SD. All the sanguinololu boards are 250k.
