Topic: having some trouble disassembling the SD3 extruder.

I believe the silver bolts that are facing the front of the extruder are loose and when i try to remove the nuts, the bolts turn with it so no progress is made. Is there something I can do to to help remove them so I can clean out my extruder? i saw the sticky on how to assemble them, but disassembling is another story. All the other screws come off fine with the hex key.

Put an allen key on the bolt head, pliers on the nut?

Is this a serious question?

Its the bottom two bolts on the clear case.  They dont have heads for an allen wrench.

They either have phillips heads or hex heads. Look all the way on the back of the extruder.
