Topic: adjusting z-axis S3

New to 3d printing and had the SD3  a couple a months but been unable to do first print.. Its not sticking so we got some glass  cut to size to deal with this but for the life of me can't figure out how to offset the z-axis.

There is a video which makes out that there is simple little m3 screw but i think that is on the S2 as I can't find anything similar on the S3. (wiki.solidoodle.com/first-layers-setting-the-z-offset)

I've tried offsetting in Slic3er printer options but this didn't help as the print head knocks into the bed when it is getting ready for first print.

Getting frustrated - especially given the lack of decent documentation for ths machine: (ww.soliwiki.com/Z-offset)

THe Z-Screw is the same for all SD models - Look at the inside back wall of the machine on the left hand side - just like the video shows.

It has to be there....

I'm not in front of the machine right now - but what we don't have is a screw positioned such as the one in this video:

Could you take a picture of your machine when you get a chance? there is a chance it got missed when they assembled the machine... but since they do a test print on every one I doubt it... or could have come off in shipping...

Ronsii,  I was thinking the same thing but wouldn't he be getting head crashes into the bed if there was no limit switch hit upon homing?

He might need to move his bed down and out of the way to actually see it.

^^ Yes, but the pic should make it easy to see exactly what's there and point it out to danskr.
