Topic: Screws on motors

Does anyone know the size of the screws on the motors?  Trying to replace fans and the ones I bought are a little deeper than existing on the extruder motor and I'm adding a heat  sink and a fan to the x motor.  Home depot, Lowes and Radioshack don't have anything that matches, and I know they're not 4-40, shack had those and they don't screw.

Overkill is underrated!!!

I know they are m3 , not sure of the length tho.

SD3, E3D hotend,linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.

As mentioned, M3.

You can get away on the X-axis with a press-fit from one of the thingiverse parts. I.e, you just need to screw the fan to the plastic part and not the fan to the motor smile.
