Topic: Stupid endstop wiring question

so im wiring the RUMBA that came in the mail today and the endstops are labled + - s  what is the common wire in this labeling system?

heres the wiring diagram that im working with although im not entirely confident with it...  it says that it might not be right...

put the 's' signal wire to the common of the switch that way the switch either passes 5V to the signal wire or grounds it.

'S' to COM
'-' to NO (normally open)

This is how the schematic says it should be wired, and what I have found most systems to use.
