Topic: Repetier Print Prioritization?

Hello all,
New to the forum, and my solidoodle 2 pro

Was just wondering if there was a way to prioritize objects in Repetier so that I could print multiple objects individually, instead of printing all of them one layer at a time.

Anyone have any idea? The idea is that I could slice multiple copies of the same object and have them print out one at a time on different locations on the print bed, instead of printing all the items at the same time layer by layer.

thanks for the help, already love my new printer and it seems to be working very nicely. Having problems with curling on ABS plastic. Using Blue M3 tape and tons of hairspray, bed is level.

Any helpful tips would be appreciated smile
happy printing

Re: Repetier Print Prioritization?

I don't see how you could print the way you are thinking.  The print head would run the risk of hitting the already printed objects.  As far as curling you can try about a 3-5mm brim and enclose your printer (Saran Wrap works temporarily)
What temps are you using for ABS?

Re: Repetier Print Prioritization?

Thats true, I didn't think of that. Was just curious.

I print ABS at 204C for extruder and 102C for the printbed.

I have a makeshift enclosure I made from plexiglass that covers the open sides, but not the top.

What is a brim? I see the setting for it in Slic3r, just wondering what it accomplishes.

Thanks for the quick reply smile

Re: Repetier Print Prioritization?

It just puts one layer (height) around the perimeter of your print however many mm's out you tell it.  Helps a lot with curling.
Also might try adjusting your Z just a little closer.
