Topic: Repetier Host crashing during printing

I am having an issue with one of my Solidoodle V2. Repetier host is crashing during printing and this causes the printer to stop all together (although the heater and heaterbed are still on). I have tried different versions of Repetier and even uninstalled and re-installed a few times. It keeps happening.  I have a second Solidoodle on a different computer and have had no issues with that.

Any help would be great and let me know if you need anything else to help me trouble shoot this.

Thank you

Re: Repetier Host crashing during printing

Mine did that as well couple of times as well. However, I do not know how I fixed this problem.  I'm running on Mac maverick and with a SD3.  Some people say it's the power in the house? Example, toaster oven was on and turned off when it was done which made a diff in V flux?  idk.. I don't tend to see a freeze anymore.  I'll see what I did and get back to you.  Hopefully it does it one or two times then goes away like mine.

these images is what happens when it stops. (i have to pull the power from the wall when it did it. because it's unresponsive to anything.

Re: Repetier Host crashing during printing

I am thinking it is a power issue. I did not have this issue until I got my second solidoodle running again. I also have 2 PC and three printers all on the same circuit. Plus I am in an old warehouse and the wiring is questionable. I am going to try switching PC today and see if it is a computer issue or the printer.
