wire sheath end - updated

I have never liked The way the wire sheath is tie wrapped to the extruder stepper.
So I designed a sleeve end  that will tie wrap to it.
the hole is .5" so the sheath will go inside and I will use heat shrink tubing on the
end of the shaft and over the sheath to hold it into place and tie wrap if needed.
