Slic3er didn't like 0.40mm nozzle..

i work on a "Dr who" related sculpture... and i just passed 5 days to tear my hairs and find that Slic3er in the last version (0.9.10b)  didn't like the 0.4mm nozzle that you can find on the last version of solidoodle...

i just changed my nozzle from 0.35mm to 0.40mmm because of clogged extruder problem...

and i found last night that slic3er is doing strange things on small details...  Kisslicer has zero problem with the same model...

if i change the nozzle size in slic3er (0.4 to 0.35), the problem disapear...

just for your information.. if you do models with small details and a 0.40mm nozzle, you may have to "inflate" your design for corrected gcode path error of slic3r...

time to go back to 0.35mm nozzle...
