Topic: Walls Seperating. (layer sticking issue?)

Hi, im new to the whole 3D Printing and ive been having a blast with my Solidoodle 3.

It is printing Cubes with infill and other shapes fine the problem is when the object has a walls

I have attached some photos.

I have tried closing off the sides with paper and cardboard but i am still looking for a permanent solution.
Bed Temp is 110C and nozzle is 195C. The bed is level and the first layer is reasonable flat and sticks well to the kapton tape,

Have you tried raising the temp to 200C? the darker colors usually take more heat to bond well with previous layers especially black, the drawback is the hotter you go the more shrinkage you could get... there are a couple of real good topics on enclosures here on the forum smile

Well i think i got it working, i haven't tried any super tall prints but so far no layer separation with 200C extruder, i also made the Z height higher slightly so each layer isnt pressed against each other so much.  However i have been printing in .1mm more if that maybe helps aswell?
