i tried to look for the brass barrel some time ago and gave up, i ended up buying some m6 brass rod (studding) off of ebay for a few pennies.
the idea was to cut the threaded rod to suit (38mm from memory?) and stick it into an upright drill and drill out the centre bore... you would get 5 barrels for next to nothing from one 200mm rod.
the only other concern was the tapered lead in at either end of the barrel. I did plan to see if this would be a problem if this was omitted from the barrel.
I still have the rod so may well cut and drill it to see if its possible.. finding time is the problem at the moment...
cant help with the nozzle, but I'm sure I saw several on the web when trying to find the brass barrell.
