Topic: The plastic not flat

The first layer can stick on the bed, but it's not flat, sometimes there is a lot of filament extruded from the nozzle, so when print the 2nd layer, the first layer(the place too high) be striped by the extruder.
BTW, I set the extruder's temperature at 195 degree, and the bed temperature 95 degree, I'm not sure the temperature is suitable or not. The filament is ABS.
And I'v tried change the flowrate at 50% and 150%, it seems no effect.
I don't know what's the problem.

Re: The plastic not flat

I will update the picture later. For ABS materia, the temperature of extruder 195 degree is enough or I should turn up the temperature?
I have uploaded the pictures, please help to figure out the reason?
