Z axis stepping issue.

Hi.
Recently i changed solidoodle3 mainboard.
and i tryed to test-printing.
But the result was not gratifying.
Attached picture below.
- Left(made by new mainboard) & right(made by existing mainboard)
Left one looks like compressed.
I think that it might caused of z axis step factor.
Could i solve this issue by arranged some value or firmware update?
I want to know whether there is a case of problems like.
