Mine was order 6/11 just shipped today 6/20. Pretty happy with that based on what I am seeing. They must be doing well with the SD3s at least.

Solidoodle email me 16 June saying Sunday there so they will look into it Monday
I email Solidoodle 21 June for an update after patiently waiting 4 of their business days for Solidoodle not to get back to me
Solidoodle email me 21 June, essentially:
1. 'It 'may' have been returned to us'
2. 'Can we send it out to the correct address?'
3. 'What is the correct address?'
I suck it up and politely respond:
2. Yes
3. I don't say its the address as per the order on their system, I just resend it nicely.
I hope I don't now have to wait for the original package to 'actually' get returned to them before they redespatch it to me, rather than them just owning their mistake and sending me one right away.
Ho Hum. Thanks I feel better now. So a distinct lack of ownership & follow up in my interaction with customer service thus far.
We shall see how this one proceeds.
USPS 
I tried to ship a box from Washington state to California the other day and now USPS says address does not exist!!! yet they have delivered to the same address in the past, UPS delivers there also....???? postal service at it's finest
Seems like the SD2 is taking longer to get made than the SD3. Ordered an SD2 on June 4th, e-mailed the company, and still no response. I guess those of us who ordered the 2 are put on the slow list

Well within time frame given, and the box is in reasonable condition (minor carrier damage). Will be setting it up for an initial print this weekend!

I'm guessing they have one production line and have been making SD3's for the last couple weeks. Probably going to switch over to SD2 production soon, to fill those orders.
Mine was SD2 ordered 06-02-13. Sent them an e-mail asking for an "approximate" ship date. They responded several days later saying it would ship "around" 06-23-13.
They seem to still be in "start-up" mode - lots of hick-ups. The company is still new. The first year is the hardest for any business - in more ways than we have time to discuss here.
It does look like they are making SD3's faster than SD2's because I ordered 6/18/13 and according to them it should ship July 9th. 3 week lead time and I ordered a SD2 and my order number is 13822.

Received an e-mail from customer service today saying the order should be shipping around the 27th. Glad to recieve an update and know that it is coming soon.

The tracking only says "International item has left the origin country and is en route to Canada".Our Postal Service has a habit of leaving items at our front door step if we are not home, and I want to be home when it's delivered.
Tracking now shows the printer is in country. I could be printing this weekend!
I received the filament today. The printer just cleared Canadian customs. Now, I'm hoping to be able to see it by this weekend (June 28th)... I hope it's not damaged.
Good News! The solidoodle 2's are starting to ship again. Just received my update and should be arriving at the house on Wednesday! Kudos to the team for beating the estimate they gave me last week!

just bad luck and couple of weekends on the middle in customs their way to do things(lazy) is in tree esteps and every one its about two or tree (work)days just to give theirs email adrees and the invoice and like 60 $ plus 21%VAT on bank transfer so.....(nuts) iam so happy with solidoodle supourt at this time yours response is allways fast ,so send me fast my other order...lol
