Topic: soolidoodle will not do anything but heat up printbed and extruder

just got the printer today. the printer will heat up the printbed and extruder but will not let me take out the starting filament. when i click the button to move out the filament the command shows up but printer does nothing. this happens to when i try to manualy move the bed or anything. lights turn on and the fan turns on so i dont know what the problem is.

On the manual tab, what does it show for the bed and extruder temps?

E3D-v4 Hotend, MK5 carriage with round plastic wire conduit , 3/16" tempered glass,  Well nut, SureStepr SD8825 1/32 Extruder Driver, PowerEdge 2650 500W PS, QU-BD heated bed, circuit board fan, hinged plexiglass enclosure with plastic tray top. Other than that mostly stock SD3

Does it say the current temps are 200, or 0?  200 means it isn't connecting to the printer, and 0 means there is no reading from the thermistor in which case it won't allow the printer to operate.
