Topic: X endstop not working

My endstop in the X axis wont register its been triggered and the motor makes that horrible ramming noise.
what should i do?

i get a circuit on the plug when its not connected and press the tab on the endstop and it cuts the connection and i get a voltage from the female side on the board so it is working it must be a problem with pronterface
