Topic: Mk4 extruder question... Plus what other spares / mods should i print

Hi all, i've printed the mk4 extruder... I haven't dare fit it yet as i've only just got the thing up and running! I printed it as one of the first things i printed pre calibration. Could someone tell me if its good enough quality or should i reprint?

Also what other spares should i print out? Or mods?

Without a picture, hard to tell the quality. smile

Other spares? I would recommend the front idler brackets. Biggs just made some real nice ones that incorporate holding the Y axis rods. http://www.soliforum.com/topic/2340/new … -brackets/

They don't look too bad. Have you done feed and flow calibrations?

I've done feed since it was a fair bit over. Waiting for some callipers to do flow.
