Topic: Gaps on Top Layer Bridging at .1mm

Hey doodlers, I'm printing a lot of stuff at .1mm and noticing that when it tries to bridge gaps that were easy at .3mm, the filament isn't making it and I end up with this patchy rough surface. Pic related. I already know I'm not the first person to experience this, so I was wondering if anyone found some nice happy settings for Skeinforge/Slic3r to overcome this.

I know it's not a calibration issue, because I've calibrated everything since I got a replacement hotend. I'm planning to [on Slic3r] increase the bridge flow and top layer shell count, and/or lower bridge speed to see if I can find some balance. Figured I'd ask you guys to see if anyone else already had settings that worked for them, because I see this taking a good chunk of my day otherwise.

Thanks.
