See post in z-wobble thread. Its just because the 'wobble phase' isn't configured when you first issue the M96 command. It then goes on to produce the output you see with the + symbols just fine when you have configured a bunch of M97 values.

Its just an error due to the zero state of the M97 when first issuing M96... Ignore and proceed as normal.

Also - try and limit multiple posts about the same topic - the best place for this is probably over in the z-wobble thread where you also requested the same info. Just helps having info all in the one place for others that are looking for it and means people aren't trying to help you in multiple locations smile
