Exactly the same thing happened to me yesterday with new black ABS ( other colours were fine )
took the head apart ... had to plug in the hotend and temp sensor to warm up the head so i can remove PEEK while warm.
I also have some oozing to look into.
Youtube has some solidoodle hotend cleaning video but any other ideas are welcomed ...
I buying filament from solidoodle website
If you search here you will find many others with problems in the past concerning Solidoodle black. It was apparently a bad batch so it's concerning to see new users with problems.
Mine was from ebay.co.uk

I have had no issues with my Black filament...in fact, it generally prints better than the other colors!
I print at no higher than 195 and I never let the nozzle remain heated and idle for more than a few seconds...
@IronMan - where do you buy your black filament?
I just finished a kg roll of black filament with no blockages at all, I have never had one yet .. touch wood.
all my filament so far is from jamie here in oz. (3dprintergear)
I used to print grey and purple at as low as 185, then went to 195, for the black I found I needed 210 to get layers to stick well and even then its nowhere near as good as other colours with layer adhesion.
if only i could get clear to print clear instead of white .. i would be a happy man.
Tried also black and got my nozzle clogged. Filament bought from Denmark but origin china. Other colours worked fine.
Now i need new acrylic parts, 2 pieces broke when it jammed.

Anyone know if I put the peek into acetone without melting it?
