Nope, didn't get one, just checked all 93 junk email messages. I was told most recently that it would be sent Wednesday.
Might want to double check your systems, or employees, because somewhere in there is broken communication or something.

I HATE to be so curt, I really dislike having to act in a rude manner to get someone's attention. Sure, I didn't spend $2500 on this printer, I got it for $644 and based on the website, it was made to sound like the Solidoodle will show up, come out of the box & print without having to fix issues. It is sold as a polished PRODUCT, not PROJECT. So understanding my disappointment to receive something that does not work as touted, gives bad results & then deal with a tech support team that says one thing & does another, is disconcerting.
So $644 isn't much money to a lot of people, surely in NY it isn't much money, but here is rural Iowa that's rent. That's food for a month for a family of 4. When you have expectations set that high & then get let down in such a fashion, it makes you regret spending so much money on something.
No trees were harmed in the creation of this email, though some electrons were horribly inconvenienced.
