Topic: This one is new to me.

12:04:46.520 : Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line: 16961

The print stops and I get this. Any ideas?

I got this on our Solidoodle 2, off and on for a few weeks when we first got it.  This was in August/September when tech support seemed to be in high demand/low supply.  We got that message every time we had a failed print job in which the printer seemed to freeze.  We tried many things to isolate the problem - switched computers, Mac vs. Windows, down/upgrading firmware, checking everywhere for continuity and/or potential/resistance, and even switching USB cables.  Just as I was about to try to return the printer, I tried my home computer and had no problems.  I then looked at the differences between home and work PCs and only found a different antivirus app.  I uninstalled the AV app (Sophos) on the work computer, and the printer began working well.

Apparently it's a communication issue. I just had to change the rate.
