Topic: Qu-Bd hot end clog
Elmoret- I noticed you swapped out your hot-end for the qu-bd. I ordered the part and ended up putting a few washers above the aluminum heater block to help with cooling the upper end; I am using the smaller nozzle provided by qu-bd. I can get it to extrude for a short time, then the filament stops advancing and then starts to bend at the peek until I have a giant loop of filament between the PEEK and the extruder gear.
Did you just give up on the qu-bd, or did you eventually get it working?
I am thinking I might have to change the retraction settings, but would like to hear if you (or anyone else here who has tried this extruder) have had any success with this.
