davinci 1.0A FIRMWARE UPDATE USING XYZPrinting Pro-e software.
Has anybody had success updating the Davinci 1.0A with the Pro-e software??? machine fingure print is dvF100A000 FW 2.1.4

has anyone been able to flash a davinci duo 2.0 with this supposed software? I want to be able use open filament, but when I plug the printer in and open the software nothing happens, it just sits at 2.1.8. any help would be appreciated.

This thread let me revive my Da Vinci Jr Mini W+ with the no tag firmware update.
I can't get the WiFi to work with the new firmware and Beta software but regular COM works fine. I don't suppose anyone found a better way to use or modify this printer?

No, I have a 1.0A and still can't print anything because of the chip BS. I have a brand new spool of XYZ branded filament but it didn't come with a chip at all. Now I'm stuck with a giant paper weight that won't let me print. I've looked up every tutorial I can find and even with Pro-e software it refuses to print.

Same here. Has anyone got a suggestion for what to do with these paperweights?

Have you got your printer working now? I just got my printer a week ago and have a problem. I got the Pro-e software install but when I tried to open it my anti-virus kicked in. Where did you get your copy.

I have a mini w running 1.4.0 firmware and need to get to at least 2.5.1 to utilize the chip free 3.5.1 firmware. I cannot find this firmware anywhere and the auto detection takes me to 3.4 which blocks the rewrite. can anyone help me locate this file or any other firmware that will work?
