Thanks! Fortunately, I've got old firmware and I just reset the original chips and it worked just great smile Cuts costs by a third at least.

I purchased da Vinci mini w+.

I wanted to use a different filament, but I did not have any information at all.
Because 3d printers are not popular in Japan.

When I checked in English I came to this site.
And I downloaded the app but it does not load empty tags.

Do you use een Minimaker too? Which FW do you run?
Do you use XYZprint or XYZware? And which version?

  black, PLA, valid serial, 210C en 200m

Which FW do you run? I run1.1.7 and know the hack works with 1.1.4.

downloaded the original app by madman on a nexus 5. Enabled NFC. The app doesnt read any of the sticker tags or any of my old spool tags from xyz bought filament.  The phone is using Android 6.0.1 ,  Is there some secret way to get the phone to scan things or is it just supposed to pickup when touched together automatically.

I am an Iphone user and borrowed a phone from a friend.

holy crap after reading one support post about nexus 5 phones, it was because the case wasnt snapped on all the way, crazy!!!

so does it work with the other filaments like PTEG, Carbon fiber, etc.? I found a way to get the PTEG working and tested but it is a bit more complicated than using the app.

Just for info; the experimental settings allow you at the moment to change sector/page 0x0C, original value on all tags [D2002D00]
I assume this sector/page was planned to be used for the extruder temperature and the bed temperature.
Changing this values have no effect to print result on my daVinci MiniW.

Are you using a new blank tag? This for creating new tags.

keep the TAG under the smartphone (NFC sensor) till its finished writing the parameters to the paper TAG.

You sure you are uding the correct app? I see that it is trying to update an EMU tag which id totally differeny from a 213.

The app you are using is for emutags only. Not NFC tags. It even says for emutags only in the post. The app for making nfc tags is called reeltool and it the app shown in the first post of this thread.
