Topic: bed temp

I am using glass on the bed. I noticed that the bed temp in RH does not match what I get with my infrared  thermometer,about 20 degrees C cooler on the IR .

SD3, E3D hotend,linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.

dont worry about the reading, your IR will not be as accurate from my understanding.  I hairspray my glass, put it on the bed and clip it down, warm bed to 70C with case on and I don't have any issues.  I could still raise my bed another 30C if needed.
