Topic: Bed position to close to extruder

As I am totally new to this and dont really understand all the Gcode yet I would try to post a question. Could be that I could search for it but could not find it when I tried

I am using a SD3 but I want to use a glas frame to print on as this seems to work the best. HOWEVER!! I need to have the bed lowered about 2 mm during the entire print due to a 4 mm glas pane (that works perfect and it sticks awesome). How do I do this in GCode or in repetier or slicer.....It is driving me insane as this is the only thing left and I can start pushing out prints like crazy.

Then you should know the z-stop-switch and the screw on the backside wink

.........LOL.....I now found the stop-switch screw....................I am now slapping myself on the back of the head for not reading instructions....
