my new filastruder v2.0 only works in reverse if I change the motor cables it just makes a grinding sound doesn't move
5 hours can't work this out

you should go through the wiring and make sure its all connected correctly
A grinding sound indicates that one or more gears are stripped in the gearbox. Would recommend checking the gears. If stripped, we do well replacements. You'll also want to check the stall protection board current limit, as that prevents the gearbox from damaging itself.
In the assembly process, there is a step that asks the user to confirm the auger rotates freely by hand. Did it rotate freely yet?
Did you add any plastic yet? Hold off on that until the auger is spinning freely.
I disconnected everything and only used power supply to the mortar still sounds like skipping gears ?
This one has small damage hard to pick up on camera this is gear 3
It looks like the motor has been overloaded, and the stall protection board may not have been set up properly. All motors are tested before shipment.
