Topic: problem on wearing metal

just as said on title.

my filastruder keep producing filaments with metal bits and black powders.

i spent whole month flushing filastruder with various materials (PLA, PCL, ABS which provided) and this is not solved.

i need help very much.  any suggestion?

There will always be some wear in any extruder (even industrial ones), this is why the melt filter nozzle was created, to filter out contaminants.
