Topic: Beware XYZ software 2.1.12.2 !!!
Myself and a few others have loaded 2.1.12.2 this last weekend and it renders your printer useless. It will display that you are using an unauthorized cartridge. (I use all original cartridges, I don't rewrite the chips). I then went to the web page to open a ticket and it says my cartridge is not valid. I rolled back to 2.1.9.6 and it is working again. I tried to call XYZ, but the phone system hung up on me. Not happy that they do not have tech support on weekends as this is when I typically use the printer.
I also tried to explain the issue on their Facebook site, but they kept telling me to open a ticket, (which does not work).duhhh.
