]]> Mon, 01 Aug 2016 22:24:31 +0000 https://www.soliforum.com/post/125729/#p125729 <![CDATA[Beware XYZ software 2.1.12.2 !!!]]> https://www.soliforum.com/post/125722/#p125722 Myself and a few others have loaded 2.1.12.2 this last weekend and it renders your printer useless.  It will display that you are using an unauthorized cartridge.  (I use all original cartridges, I don't rewrite the chips).   I then went to the web page to open a ticket and it says my cartridge is not valid.     I rolled back to 2.1.9.6 and it is working again.  I tried to call XYZ, but the phone system hung up on me.  Not happy that they do not have tech support on weekends as this is when I typically use the printer.

I also tried to explain the issue on their Facebook site, but they kept telling me to open a ticket, (which does not work).duhhh.

If you do find yourself in this situation, here is the old version 2.1.9.6
