Topic: SD3 startup problems

Running windows 8
I loaded the repetier - host that is required for the SD3
adjusted the bed (Bed is Warped) to .015" at the screwsor it hits in the middle
the first delaminated and part of it came off the bed.
the layer thickness if the part s .020" to .025"

bed temp: 95
extruder: 195

So... are you saying that the first layer is not sticking when the printer starts a new layer on top of it?

Oh, I see the lower left thin curved line part.... you may have to either slow down the feedrate on the first layer or turn on brim both settings are in slic3r print settings tab, or raise the bed temp up 98-100C as that is a pretty long thin line. one other thing you could do is move the 'z' screw up just a teensy bit so it smashes the first layer just a little bit more.
