Topic: Zebra plate adjust Z height

I wanted to try the Zebra plate but I need to change Z height by 5mm, what is the best method for doing this? I don't want to put into GCode, in case I forget and then ram the hot end into the Zebra plate. EEPROM setting perhaps?
