Topic: Upgraded Shapeoko v1
I am doing a bit of spring cleaning and simply do not need the shapeoko. It is a great machine capable of cutting everything I have asked it too (Aluminum, acrylic, MDF, balsa, and more). The machine was recently used very briefly but it has not been used heavily. I hope it can find a home where it will be put to work creating amazing things. It comes with everything including a power supply, arduino uno/grbl shield combo. All the buyer needs is endmills and a power cord. The motor wires are shielded with quick disconnects on the ends and plugs on the motors. The MDF wasteboard is not included. Item will need minor assembly when it arrives.
Modifications include:
(New) Dewalt 611 router
1 Meter long makerslides in X and Y directions.
Double X axis makerslides for added rigidity.
X axis cable chain
Dual drive Y axis
Custom Y endplates (Cut by this machine from 6061 .250" Aluminum)
GT2 Pulleys and belts on Y axis (X axis still has stock MXL belt/pulley)
