This only seems to apply if you had already drilled out for the e3d, did I print out the wrong mount?
You have certainly done something wrong. I have three going Init the stepper, top-left, top-right, bottom-left. The Bottom right is the short bolt. Only goes into the captive nut within the Titan body.
Correct, but only one goes through the carriage. With the shim I printed there is a 3mm gap which allows the assemble to shift.
