Nice work! That turned out really good

Re: sorceress figurine

thank you.. i will try to do a supportless for the next one...

Re: sorceress figurine

Better be something without a lot of hanging drapery. smile
That seems to be the kicker with modelling.  Anything that hangs off that drastically requires support.  Unless you're doing it piecemeal in which case you have to design it to look good printed separately (not usually too much of a problem).

Where are you located? We'd love to see this print.

Former Solidoodle employee, no longer associated with the company.

Re: sorceress figurine

Looks really good, you did an awesome job removing the support material. I always leave little nubs on where the support material was and have a hard time getting it off... perhaps I need some sand paper.

quebec city ...it's a bit far away from your office i think smile

@brad : use the support in medium mode of kisslicer with grid (raft) ... it's far better than other slicer... it let a very light contact point... ok.. i forget to say that the model is very well build too ( # joke inside #)  ;-)

i already use hexagon 2.5 . i prefer poser pro over daz studio and i try to avoid daz3d content for 3dprinting. daz doesn't allow you to use their models and give away the stl after. they only allow you to make digital pictures with them.

Re: sorceress figurine

Opps. Well looked a lot like it. smile

The biggest problem with the print was in the face since it was PLA had a few droops. Otherwise came out well.
