Topic: XYZ 3D Printer Da Vinci 1.0 Ai0

Hi, I am new to 3D printing. I received an XYZ 3D printer for Christmas it is a Da Vinci 1.0 Ai0. There support is a joke. I have been having problems with the filament when it starts out it does a test string on the side which does fine but then when it goes to start to build something the filament does not come out. I can go back and do a load cartridge and the filament comes out fine start the project does the test on the side fine and the on the build nothing. What can I do? It did great for about a month and now I am having this problem. Like I said there support is a joke so they have been no help at all.
Any help or advise would be appreciated.

Sounds to me like the centre of your bed is too high.
Lower it slighly by turning the bed adjuster a quarter turn to the right and try another print.
If it still doesn't print, try turning the adjusters another quarter to the right till it works properly.

yah re-level the bed.
I would recommend doing the manual leveling.
