Lower it slighly by turning the bed adjuster a quarter turn to the right and try another print.
If it still doesn't print, try turning the adjusters another quarter to the right till it works properly.

I received an XYZ 3D printer for Christmas it is a Da Vinci 1.0 Ai0. There support is a joke. I have been having problems with the filament when it starts out it does a test string on the side which does fine but then when it goes to start to build something the filament does not come out. I can go back and do a load cartridge and the filament comes out fine start the project does the test on the side fine and the on the build nothing. What can I do? It did great for about a month and now I am having this problem. Like I said there support is a joke so they have been no help at all.
Any help or advise would be appreciated.
