Topic: Keeping nozzle clean

I am finding that after 3-4 hours, daggs built up on the nozzle which will eventually stick to the filament and jam the winder tube  .Is this a common problem, can it be avoided ?.Cheers Phill

That's not a common problem, you might need to deburr the nozzle. If the hole has a burr, it could cause that. You can deburr it with a deburring tool or a sharp knife.

Thanks,I did think of that and cleaned up the hole, that seemed to make things worse ,as this created  a bevel around the hole .I have fixed that now still getting the build up . Phill
