dial indicator mount for lawsy/e3dv6

Does anyone know of a dial indicator mount or can suggest an approach that is compatible with the e3d v6 mounted on or around lawsy mk5 (modified for v6) parts?

I went and bought one, then promptly destroyed my stock hotend trying to clean it as chronicled in my thread in the help forum.  E3dv6 is in the mail.  The heatsink blocks the mk5 mounting solution (which wereremoved from the remixes..
