c'mon, if you don't want to do it just say so. Your phone doesn't take video, you don't have a buddy down the street that has a video camera? Take some pictures at least I want to see the new packaging and if there are any differences in the latest and greatest that I might want to retrofit into my early model.

I am going on 15 weeks from my original SD2 order and 12 weeks on my upgrade order. I was told on Friday 4-5 more days....

I think where people are getting confused is that the order comes in, gets assigned a number. Think of a car on an assembly line. You get red, leather, upgraded radio, etc. So when it gets to the end of the line they don't just take the next completed printer and ship it out to the earliest order number. Maybe your leather was scratched and had to go for repair, maybe the upgraded radio was delayed. It's not 5362 shipped today so 5363 mus ship today too. At least that's how I understand it from watching this little thread unfold. SDsupport may come along and correct my assumption.

That makes sense for custom orders etc. For the S2 where there were three versions, that may be the case too. But the S3 is only offered in one version.
A little bit disappointing to see other later orders than mine shipping, but oh well. Either solidoodle doesn't like Australians or they figure I've waited so long already, what's a few more days?

My sd3 arrived yesterday, I arrived today. I have successfully made my very first part! it is the knob for adjusting the flatness of the aluminum plate. From a beginners standpaoint of experience.. first challenge, get layer one to smear onto the platten. It took many tries to get that adjustment correct, but once done, suddenly, my part stuck to the end... I think I peed myself a little.
